Web Home Listing is a MLS listing and Internet advertising service of Dream Street Properties, LLC.
All sales are final since the entry of your home in the MLS systems satisfies the requirement of the up front fee.
The only WHL fee that is based on performance is the contract negotiation fee that is only paid when your home is sold and closed.
There are fees from third parties that may be required.
1. If your home is in the 21 county FMLS compulsory listing area, we are required to collect .12% of the sales price for FMLS at closing.
2. If the sale of your home involves a selling broker, the fee that was negotiated in the contract will be paid to them at closing.
You may withdraw your listing at any time by paying the $25.00 withdrawal fee required by each MLS service.
We will re-enter your property for a $100 fee within one year of the withdrawal.
