Our flat fee MLS services are in two parts. We have an up front fee to enter the listing and set up the marketing and a flat fee at closing to negotiate the contract negotiation and closing for you.

- Upload up to 16 of your images to FMLS and GAMLS.
- Full Service Internet Marketing.Listed on Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia and hundreds ofr other web search site.
- Flyer template.
- Standard Yard Sign.
- Disclosure uploaded to FMLS.
- Full service Contract negotiation: $499 at closing.
*FMLS has a mandatory fee of .12% of the sales price due to them at closing.
You may pay online or with a check at the time of a listing appointment if your home is in the local area of Gwinnett, North Fulton, Hall, Forsyth, Jackson and Walton Counties.
