Our flat fee MLS services are in two parts. We have an up-front fee to enter the listing and set up the marketing and a flat fee at closing to negotiate the contract and closing for you.
• Listed in FMLS* and GAMLS until closed.
• Upload up to 16 of your images to GAMLS and 24 to FMLS.
• Full Service Internet Marketing.
• Professional yard sign with your phone number on it.
• Flyer That you can edit in MS Publisher
• Georgia contracts and disclosure uploaded to FMLS.
• Upload additional documents to FMLS: survey, floor plan, community covenants, termite inspection or bond or septic diagram.
• Full service contract negotiation. $499 at closing.
* FMLS has a mandatory fee of .12% of the sales price due to them at closing.
You may pay online or with a check at the time of a listing appointment if your home is in the local area of Gwinnett, North Fulton, Hall, Forsyth, Jackson and Walton Counties.
