Many discount companies only disclose additional fees during a high pressure listing appointment. webhomelisting.com charges a basic fee of $99, plus any upgraded option packages that you select. A co-op fee of 3% (paid at closing) is strongly recommended to provide incentive for any co-op selling agent involved in the transaction. A First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) fee of .12% of the sale price is also required at closing. For any option packages refer to the Options menu provided. That's it! There is no mandatory percentage paid to WebHomeListing.com at closing. You can sell your house yourself and just pay $99 and the FMLS fee! I do not think anyone can beat that! |
